Instant Masala Rice
Ingrediants :

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tomotoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3-4 chillies
  • ginger garlic paste
  • chana dhal
  • mustard seeds
  • corriander leaves
  • garam masala
Process :
  1. The instant masala rice,first add mustard seeds and jeera to splitter in a pan of oil , fry the chopped onions to golden brown ,then add chopped tomatoes ,finely chopped chillies,corriander leaves and chana dhal .
  2. Now add garlic ginger paste and fry for 2 min.Now add garam masala,a pinch of turmeric,chillie powder,and salt to taste.
  3. Add the chopped tomotoes and cook for 5 min.Now add this mix to the cooked rice and heat it for 5 min. and your instant masala rice is ready to eat or to be served.
