Instant Masala Rice

Ingrediants :
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 tomotoes
- 2 onions
- 3-4 chillies
- ginger garlic paste
- chana dhal
- mustard seeds
- corriander leaves
- garam masala
Process :
- The instant masala rice,first add mustard seeds and jeera to splitter in a pan of oil , fry the chopped onions to golden brown ,then add chopped tomatoes ,finely chopped chillies,corriander leaves and chana dhal .
- Now add garlic ginger paste and fry for 2 min.Now add garam masala,a pinch of turmeric,chillie powder,and salt to taste.
- Add the chopped tomotoes and cook for 5 min.Now add this mix to the cooked rice and heat it for 5 min.
and your instant masala rice is ready to eat or to be served.
