Green Pulavo

Ingrediants :
- 1 Bunch CORIANDER
- 1/2 or 1 bunch MINT
- 5-7 Chillies
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 KG BASMATI RICE
- BRIYANI
- INGREDIENTS(CINNAMON,CLOVE,ELACHI,CARDAMOM...)
- Green peas
- 2 Potatoes
- Salt to taste
Process :
- Soak the rice for half hour, before the preparation.
- Clean Coriander and mint and make Juice of the leaves and paste. (no need to add water)
- Take a cookerand fry onion chillies,ginger-Garlicpaste, Coriander and mint paste with along peas,Potatoes(CHOPPED)&biroiyani ingredients.
- AddSoaked Rice to this Ingredients(ABOVE) and fry for 2to 3 minutes..
- Add Water and stop for whistle.
