Step 1:

Chop the mangoes into bite-sized pieces and keep aside.

Roast the fenugreek seeds until they turn dark brown.,grind into a fine
powder and keep aside.

Step 3:

Add salt to taste, turmeric powder and chilli powder to the chopped mangoes
and keep aside.

Step 4:

Add powdered fenugreek seeds and asafoetida powder and season with fried
mustard..

Step 5:
|
After the ingredients cool down to room temperature, mix well and serve.
