Step 1:

Roll out the pastry dough on a lightly floured board to fit a 175mm. or
200mm. diameter pie dish.

Step 2:

Place the pastry in an ungreased pie dish of this size. Prick with a fork
all over.

Step 3:

Bake in a hot oven at 450 degres F. for 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 4:

Cool the pastry shell.
|

Step 5:

Heat the milk. When slightly hot, add contents of the chocolate pudding
packet, cocoa and sugar and mix very well. Heat further and allow to boil
for exactly 2 minutes.

Step 6:

Cool the mixture and add the vanilla essence.
|

Step 7:
|
Pour the mixture into prepared pie crust.
|
|
Step 8:
|
Set in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
|
|
Step 9:
|
When set, decorate with sweetened cream and grated chocolate. Store in
the refrigerator.

Cut into slices and serve cold.
