Capsicum Curry
|
Ingrediants :
- 4 capsicums
- 6-8 green chilis
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 5-6 spoons freshly grated coconut
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Turmeric
Process :
Cut the capsicum into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds,cumin seeds,green chilis and onions until brown.
Now add some tumeric.
Add capsicums and cook for 3minutes and then add milk , salt and cook on a low flame until the capsicum is tender.
Finally add coconut and remove from heat garnish with curry and cilantro leaves. Serve hot.
