Aloo Palak

Ingrediants :
- POTATOES 4
- SPINACH 2 CUPS
- ONION 1
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 TBSP
- 1 cup shelled green peas
- GREEN CHILLIES 6
- CUMIN SEEDS 1 TBSP
- DHANIA POWDER 1 TBSP
- TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TBSP
- SALT TO TASTE
Process :
Boil the potatoes,peel and cut them into small pieces.
Take the spinach leaves,green chillies,cumin seeds add a little water and boil this for few minutes.Let it cool and grind this to make a paste.
Take a little oil in a kadai,fry the potato pieces and keep them aside.
In the same vessel add some more oil,fry the onions and add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and dhania powder.Later add the spinach paste and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes to this,mix well and cook it for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot with chapathi.
