WITH ALMONDS |

6 to 8 .
Ingredients:

4 tbsps
refined oil

150 grams
green peas

1/2 tsp
sugar
-
3 onions
-
1/2 tsp
Ajinomoto powder

2 carrots
-
2 tbsps
cornflour
-
3 cucumbers
-
2 ridge
gourds
-
1/2 teacup
almonds
-
Oil for
deep frying
-
Salt to
taste
-
Green
chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce to serve
Method
of Preparation:

Put
the almonds in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove the skins. Deep fry in
oil.

Slice
the onions.

Cut
all the vegetables into cubes.

Heat
the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetable and Ajinomoto powder.
Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

Mix
the cornflour in 1 1/2 teacups of cold water and add to the vegetables.

Add
the sugar, almonds and salt and cook for 3 minutes.

Serve
hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
