VEGETABLES AND NOODLES

Preperation Time: 20 minutes.
Cooking Time: 10 minutes.
Serves: 6 .
Ingredients:
  1. 225 grams cabbage
  2. 100 grams carrots
  3. 225 grams onions
  4. 100 grams french beans
  5. 4 tbsps refined oil
  6. 1 capsicum
  7. 1 tsp soya sauce
  8. 150 grams boiled noodles
  9. 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto powder
  10. Green chilles in vinegar and chilli sauce to serve
  11. Salt to taste


Method of Preparation:
 
Step 1: Cut all the vegetables into long thin strips.
 
Step 2: Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
 
Step 3: Add the noodles, soya sauce and sait and cook for 2 minutes.
 
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
