CHINESE FRIED RICE

Preperation Time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Time: 30 minutes.
Serves: 8 .
Ingredients:
  1. 4 tbsps refined oil
  2. 1 1/2 teacups uncooked rice
  3. 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto powder
  4. 100 grams french beans
  5. 2 tbsps soya sauce
  6. 1 bunch spring onions
  7. 100 grams capsicums
  8. 100 grams carrots
  9. 4 sticks celery
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce to serve


Method of Preparation:
 
Step 1: Boil the rice. Each grain of the cooked rice should be separate.
 
Step 2: Cut the vegetables into small pieces. Chip the leaves of the spring onions.
 
Step 3: Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
 
Step 4: Add the rice, soya sauce and salt. Mix very well and cook for 2 minutes.
 
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
